One IDE for all platform

Well, I suppose with the cloud being the top word today, this is bound to happen. Recently I was made aware of Code Anywhere. An IDE that resides in the cloud. It allows developer to write code directly from any browsers. Mobile devices still requires the use of specific apps for the platform, though.

From Code Anywhere website:

Codeanywhere is a code editor in a browser with a FTP and Dropbox client integrated, and all popular web formats are supported (HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and XML).

We all want everything here, now, fast and with no hassle (no need to install anything). This is what Codeanywhere does, it lets you code from anywhere, without the need to bring anything along with you. Just log on to Codeanywhere with any computer or smartphone, and all your servers, files, everything is waiting for you, even the files you left open will be open when you login again.

It’s the ultimate tool for web workers on the move. Best of all, it is light weight and fast, so you can concentrate on working, not on the fact that you working from a browser.

Codeanywhere is compatible on all browsers so you can work from the one you like, also if you are on your mobile you can download the native mobile apps for iOS and Andriod.

In short Codeanywhere will solve all your coding needs on the go, anytime, anywhere and on any platform.
